The formation of the babel delicate restaurant was inspired by a desire to rise Hungarian hospitality to the highest quality.
Hospitality in Hungary is very rare at the moment, not to say non-existing, despite te fact that restauranrs are multiplying daily. Babel offers all the basic expectations our guests don't even dare to hope for anymore. Though this would be a great help in the developing of Hungarian gastronomy culture. To us, the customer comes first. This is why we approach everything from their point of wiev and everything else is enferior.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Budapest in it's most beautiful street where you will find people of all kind of nationalities. The name of the restaurant strives to mean the same for all nations: the aim for perfection and the myth of the development of our different languages.
Our languages may differ but we all love excellent food and wines.

I adore this place, if I go out for dinner, I usually choose Babel, because I simply can’t get bored of it. The portions might not be enormous, but the food you get here is simply pure art!

I simply love the cuisine and the atmosphere that surrounds me there. Every time I go there I can’t resist the veal and rabbit meals. Congratulations, Babel restaurant!

A very special and nice restaurant, service is excellent. If someone is fond of international cuisine, and not only wants to see the specialties of the local cuisine, then ’babel’ is the right place. The place is not about offering huge portions, but rather about the art of cooking and the prominent role of flavours, if you are really hungry, it’s best to have a snack before :)
